Parker ETT series electric motor actuators are direct thrust linear motor actuators, ideal for all types of linear handling and pick & place applications. It's a low-cost, energy-efficient alternative to pneumatic cylinders in applications requiring greater control and flexibility. The ETT's linear motion is directly generated without any mechanical transmission elements such as ball screws, toothed belts and gearboxes.

The tubular motor comprises two main elements: the shaft and the stator with integrated feedback (the body). The shaft is made of a stainless steel tube with integrated neodymium magnets which, thanks to their high performance, are able to deliver high thrust values of up to 2083 N.

The main body includes the stator winding, feedback electronics and high-performance bearings. The ETT design has a major advantage: long and/or intense cycles are possible without additional cooling. The IP67 protection class enables the ETT tubular motor to be used even in harsh environmental conditions.
