The Parker HMR rodless modular electric linear actuator is one of the easiest-to-use and most versatile actuator ranges on the market today. With 5 different sizes, two drive options, different choices of sensors, carriages, and IP54 protection by removable covers, plus a host of other customizable features the Parker HMR modular electric linear actuator has truly been designed for flexibility.

Features HMR high-capacity rodless linear actuator with ball screw drive :

- Profile width: 85, 110, 150, 180, 240 mm
- Load capacities up to 26600 N
- Thrust force capacities up to 5500 N
- Standard strokes up to 4000 mm
- Speed from 0.25 to 1.6 m / s
- High-precision ball screws
- 2 types of profile - basic and reinforced
- Tandem cart option
- Slots for optional sensors - internal (protected under protective cover) or external
- Easy grease fittings on the cart
- Optional pre-configured motor, gearbox and controller assemblies
- Wide range of accessories and fasteners

Guided by four ball-bearing runners, the HMR has an enormous load capacity in an economical, yet elegant profile. Ease of use has also been at the heart of this new actuator design, with the grease fitting integrated for external access and to disperse lubricant evenly throughout the carriage. In addition, there are options for two different profiles, allowing the user to choose between an economical "basic" super-profile, or a "reinforced" version offering high structural rigidity for unsupported spans.

The HMR electric linear axis is available with a basic or reinforced profile as standard. The "basic" profile is ideally suited to direct mounting on a machine surface with a suitable bearing surface. The "reinforced" profile, on the other hand, is best used for self-supporting gantries or on a surface offering little support. The permissible temperature range for both types of profile is -20°C to +80°C.
