- Damping: Pneumatically adjustable
- Position sensor: Flush-mounted sensors are easily installed in the cylinder grooves, anywhere along the piston stroke. The sensors are fully encapsulated on all three sides, so they are mechanically protected. Choose from electronic or reed sensors, various cable lengths and 8 mm and M12 connectors, or flying leads.

- Operating environment: To ensure the longest possible service life and trouble-free operation, use dry, filtered compressed air complying with quality standard ISO 8573-1:2010, class 3.4.3. This standard specifies a dew point of +3°C for indoor operation (a lower dew point should be selected for operation at lower temperatures) and is in line with the air quality provided by most conventional compressors with a standard filter.

- Operating temperature : -20°C to +80°C (standard temperature)
- Pre-lubricated: further lubrication is not normally required. If additional lubrication is required, it should be renewed periodically.

The Parker P1D-B range of pneumatic cylinders in sizes from Ø32 to Ø125mm is an ISO 15552 / VDMA magnetic cylinder for standard operating temperatures from -20°C to + 80°C. A basic cylinder for non-corrosive environments. Uses a PTFE-coated steel bearing with stainless steel rod, pneumatic damping and magnetic piston with PUR seals as standard.
